I've got one inn the works but my problem is it doesn't have a helmet, it's face is exposed.

It seems to me they spend more time fighting WITH their helmets on as opposed to off. The head I have is from an old castor site that is no longer around, so getting an extra isn't going to happen and I can't sculpt anything like this.

So, what do I do...what would you do?

Find somebody who still has one and is willing to sell or trade or get someone to sculpt it for you. Check online for 1:18 predators too.

Modify the helmet from PoC Firefly. It's a blatant Predator mask rip-off anyhow. Weren't the static dio McFarlane Alien versus Predator 4" figures? Could use one of those.

Yet another option is tracking down one of the "One Coin" trading figures Kotobukiya did.

This will be tough as I don't think these have been offered for a few years.

These are models but may prove useful if you can track them down.

1:18 Alien vs Predator snap kits!!!

I had one of both the Alien and Predator from this line, they drove me NUTS. Couldn't get them to hold a pose and parts were constantly popping off.
Of course, that doesn't really matter if all I need is the head.

I do believe the McFarlane AvP figures were 4", yes.
I'm not familiar with the Koto figures, I'll have to look them up.

I have this one if you want it:View attachment 7918

Awesome! Any idea who sculpted and cast it?

Here's a problem with using anything second or third party....whatever I use has to be in scale with a Thor frost giant body. That's what I'm using for a base and the head I have looks perfect on this figure, but not so much on anything smaller.

Behind a camera watching you!
Use a small amount of silver (or what ever color) sculty. Boil it once you have it the way you want it. try to make the helmet removable if possible.

Even if it doesn't work It will be cheaper than moding a out of scale head.

Yeah, the one I have is the opened mouth version, hence why I couldn't sculpt a helmet to go over it's face.

I have some casts of the face plates from the Hot Toys snap kits... I was working on casting the dreads in a flexible black material but it never worked out quite right. But I have around 5 different face plates that I cast from the various helmets

I think I have it covered from Fogger, but do you have these plates up on your site?
