Yep, that's Black mask. I hope that buck lives up to expectations as well, I'm a little bummed it looks like it's missing some sort of bicep swivel, but still looks great.

He isn't out yet. We are talking Pfeiffer Catwoman. She is 2x per case. I have not seen one at all at retail. I've seen all the others but her. Yet another example of toy companies being wrong that no one buys "girl" figures. I don't think they even realize that there is no such thing as a "boys only" toy any longer.

I have not tried it yet as I have not found a second Penguin. But my plan is to use a shoulder peg from a neo viper. I am going to dremil the end of the peg into a cone and use it in place of the joe elbow piece.

Well the disk portion is the issue. I've got time as I too haven't found another Penguin (other than the $15 TrU one).

Might have to sack a pair of shoulders, though.

What's the difference in this version and the version Mattel/Hot Wheels put out in '08? Other than doubling the price I mean...

I bought the earlier version from BBTS for $29, and hotwheels isn't known for retooling... but rather endless rereleases. I'm hoping I can spare myself from having to buy another '66 batmobile.
