UGH. McFarlane needs to stop producing "toys". He has the right ideas, and right licenses, but his execution just plain sucks ass.
I guess he's trying to bring together the best of two worlds, detailed figures with the mini building power of LEGO's.
I don't care for it myself, although I have been tempted to buy the WD mini figures to go into my bucket of traditional "little green army men".

There's just to many building block systems now...and all that anybody wants is LEGO.
Except the Joe collectors, they seem to like that GI Joe Kreo stuff.
Which sorta reminds me. I've been seeing a lot of bootleg LEGO mini figures on eBay. Saw some Lord of the Rings sets for like $8 and they look exactly like the LEGO versions.
My wife even found some LEGO Minecraft knockoffs on some "deal" site. She ordered a set of 6 for $8 and when we bought a legitimate LEGO Minecraft set, I compared the minifigs. Almost exactly the same in build and quality, just the decos were off a little bit, and instead of the skeleton being an actual skeleton, it was just a minifig body with a ribcage printed on it. And instead of the Enderman being a tall drink of water like the LEGO version, it too was simply a minifig with regular legs. I'm sure the Chinese are simply pirating the LEGO molds.

I PERSONALLY bought the walking dead knock offs and they are LEGO quality. I am picky about my shit, but will say if you are looking for rare Marvel/DC/Star wars and they have them in a lot, buy them. They are worth it.
The fact they do not make walking dead LEGO, these are must haves for fans.
I am not one to promote a toy that sucks. These are well worth it. Also, shipping from China to my house in bumfuck egypt took less than 5 days.
