Manu Bennett! Yeah,I'd love to have him as well! He was also in that vampire movie set in the arctic,got his head chopped off in that as well! lol. I found a 1/6 head of Andy,but its not very good imo.
FSS topside looks a lot like the guy who played Sparticus after Andy left due to illness. Although that actor did really well in the part too,Andy pretty much nailed it,and Id rather make a custom with his likeness.

That would be awesome if Contraband could get his hands on one of these & shrink it down to 3 3/4 inch scale! It is a bummer that this actor passed away right when his career was about to take off!

Working on a fairly simple modern Taskmaster with the Blue MTF fig, one of the DCU blacBlack Mask heads and some other random shite:
I know I'll need to paint the head, debating whether to paint the shin and forearm guards the same color as the shoulder pads or just paint everything some sort of silver. Thoughts?

I'm thinking paint all the armor bits to match.
Dennis&A few guys on FB want me to shrink the ML taskmaster shield...until the request I've never even heard of the character. I'm not going to do it tho. Id do it as a commission,that way I don't foot the bill on making it. I could care less about most comic characters...I really need to finally watch all these marvel movies that've came out over the last years. I've only seen iron man,and all the spiderman movies,maybe the first 20min of the first captain America. maybe it'll open my eyes to this stuff a little more.
If you want to know a little more about the Marvel universe, i think you should watch the two seasons of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes animated series. It will give you a better and a far bigger picture, than all the movies.
Truth. Taskmaster isn't a huge character in the comics or movies, but I liked him when he was teamed with Deadpool years ago. But sure why anyone needs the shield shrunk though, there's plenty of shield available in the MU line with Captain America that'd just need some paint.

I was originally going to use the Thor Frost Giant as the base body, but then I remembered I had this guy and decided to use him instead. Transplanted the FG feet to this body because I like the bare foot look, makes him look more like a Predator.
I'd like to change out the hands for something with rotation in them.
Not sure about the skull necklace, seems like that is one accessory that's been over used.
Also, I don't know if I want to keep all the boney looking spikes. On one hand they look archaic, on the other hand I think they look pretty cool.

Looks good! I've seen a bunch of those kurse figures at biglots,but never could think of a use for them. Seems you have! Very cool!

That's what it is? The packaging pics list it as a shotgun,...I have more faith in your conclusion tho. Thought it was neat looking. The figure itself is too expensive to buy for what I need it for,at least imo.

I'll hold off on that one I guess? I have Garith,Meryl,and the comic samurai to add. I found the comic wave,and it had comic Carl with 3 heads,but I have no idea what buck that would go with to know what to shrink it too! The hat was almost Joe scale already. lizzie&mika? The little girls? What's tge black head supposed to fit on? Shocktrooper?

I didn't think you'd want to bother. It's pretty fiddly as it is, and I imagine it would be even more so shrunken. But if you want to do it....
Yeah, Lizzie and Mika were sisters. Carol put one in the back of Lizzie's head. Best episode of the series. The Panzer Cop head could work in a few places, but scaled to the Shock Trooper buck would be good.

That Rick head looks pretty spot-on with the factory paints. The rest? Hit or miss. A shame that they glop on so much paint, because the sculpts are fantastic when you see them bare.
