I also have stuff I'm shrinking for others,and stuff I need to make for others. not enough hours in the day! The Morgan thing kinda bugs me too. I want both heads from the single card version,AND I want the female Walker head from the pole trap set. None of the pics I saw of the set show the masked Morgan head....

I put together a completely new recipe for Red Shadows. There's still some problem areas. I need a skirt to add for the bottom of the tunic. I tore a part a 21st German, but the skirt is too small. I could try an arctic Tele-Viper skirt, but that would be an expensive option. I also need to sand down the head for the helmet to fit and modify the harness to remove the Soviet details. And lastly, I want to use 25th Cobra Trooper arms, but the the Python Officer arms I tried don't fit for some reason. Even though those arms were used with this body by Hasbro numerous times. I might have to use my ROC Scrap Iron since he has 25th Trooper arms in black combined with this torso.
Those Arctic SEs have the same waist piece. They weren't terribly pricy the last one I used for a custom.

Gung Ho is a great figure. Tons of custom potential.

It is. All those heads are cast in hard flesh colored resin and the rest are in the black flex resin.

It's a perfect fit on the body too. It's what I'll be using. I'll have to cut the big pouch off the back for the harness to fit, but that's not a big deal.
I had to cut the belt completely off of the skirt for the harness to sit all the way down. I'm also going to explore different head options. It will take too much work to fit the helmet on this head. I might go with an earlier idea and use the removable gas mask that came with Shockwave(blast) with the Stahlhelm. I would have liked to keep it closer to the original, but at least this way it will look more functional. I'm going to look into thicker thigh options too, but they would have to fit these lower legs.

Contraband, do you charge for a cheeky shrinkage of 1/6 heads and a few cheeky casts of said head?
