Eh, start over. What other option is there, going back to HT?

I thought it might be an end of an era. Stuff like that seems to happen more lately.

What're the chances of getting the 'folder tree' at the bottom of the page as well as the top. It can be wearying scrolling back up to the top after a Provost photo-bomb, and I'm usually already worn out after looking at them, lol.

There is a "Forum Jump" drop down box below the text entry box.. you can use that to quickly pop around.

I don't know of an easy way to add the same one up top to the bottom.

I usually just hit 'back' on my mouse which takes me the top of the previous page.

not sure where else to ask this...so lately I have been dumping pics onto my FB customs page and then sharing the pics here in a thread using the pic HTML...I just looked at a couple of my old threads and those with pics on photobucket work fine, but those on FB are all black Xs...do I have to upload all those to photobucket and redo the links??

Facebook is weird, sometimes they work, sometimes you have to be logged into Facebook to make them show up, and sometimes they just don't work.

Not sure why, probably something with how they cache the data on their side or something.

Of course I come back and not 3 minutes later the whole site goes down for 5 minutes.

Figures. Is that a regular thing now? Webpage just times out? I'm so over the damn hosting provider but I don't think I have it in me to try and migrate everything somewhere else. Been on this provider since.. 1999 I think?

$100 a month?!?!?! Dude, that's old-school pricing. Are they using ISDN lines?!

I host our business site at ix, and they're about $8/mo for unlimited bandwidth. (Our Linux Hosting Plans | IX Web Hosting). Check it out if you're looking into alternatives.

Haha sorry.. $100/year I meant. Actually its like $131 or something after taxes/etc. I think its $9.95/month. I can lower it to a $5.95/month plan but its reeeeeeeeeealy basic.

*taps mic*

Ahem, is this thing on?

I upped the max posts per page from 10 to 25. 10 posts seems ridiculously small for some reason now. Was going to up it to 50, but we'll try 25 for now. It should keep conversations "on the same page" for longer now, instead of bumping over into a new page.

Do you minimum? I've had mine set at the 40 per page max since forever?

Just checked. The minimum is still set at 5.

By default it sets it to.. default. Which used to be 10, now it's 25.

If 40 is good, I might just set the default to 50, but we'll see. Makes it easier to catch up after a few missed weeks of posts :)

5 is comical.
