Well if the club makes Jinx then it will be a classic version. I would be really upset if they repainted a Helix.
your right, I would be shocked if the club made a non arah Jinx and a repainted Helix would suck ass.

i don't care if that list is true, i'm not getting on board the crappy kitbash train...IF the club had every mold available to them to make the best possible bash, that'd be different...but Hasbro obviously limits them on what they can use since there Franken Joes suck a$$ half the time...i'm not gonna pay scalper prices for what i can do better myself...
so no thanks GIJCC...shove yer crap filled subscription up yer a$$...i'll do my best to get what sh!t you cobble together that for some crazy reason i NEED and desperately want off ebay marked up at scalper prices EXACTLY like what you do

As I said, even if we were give 12 confirmed names, they're useless (to me) without pictures. I'd rather spend the money on a near-mint condition vintage O-Ring figure than an ugly ME knock-off.
I was pretty committed to the subscription up to this point, and had $300 already set aside for it. Today, though, something happened that I knew was eventually going to happen...I'm now having serious second thoughts about it, and really leaning against buying a subscription. Any enthusiasm I had has died at this point, and thinking about what fun things that money can buy instead....well, The Club officially has an uphill battle to convince me to invest at this point.

Hello everyone! The subscription figures are not $25 each. $25 was put out as the upper limit just to give some idea. We will have final pricing soon.
FYI, from the Club's Facebook feed:
I hear ya bro. I'm having 2nd thoughts as well. I looked it up last night and my Membership ends on Jan 5th. I'm going to have to re-up my $42 plus the $300+ shipping... *sigh*
i will do it as it will be worth it IMO. Plus I don't think they are going to cost as much as a lot of people think. IMO this is a cool thing the club is doing I mean crap they did not have to do anything at all.
FYI, from the Club's Facebook feed:
ok so its not the price but i bet it will be dam close to it. i bet they wanted to see if they could get it but now that ppl are bitching they will lower it and they should.
I won't argue that. Plus, when you factor whatever shipping will be, I'll bet good money the price point per figure will be back up to $25...

we all b!tch when they try and price them at $10 at the big box stores...what makes it okay for them to charge twice that for very sh!tty frankenjoes online?...what, because they're "limited run frankenjoes"
not trying to be a d!ck, but i just don't get the logic in that...or the desire to own cobbled together garbage...
like a said, i'll just ebay what i want...and if i can't get them, eh well, they'll most likely be halfa$$ed anyway...just a way for the club to make a quick buck
well thanks for looking out....though it quite likely we'll want the same ones
trash like Quarel and Nano BAT have no place in my collection...
but agin, cool offer...any you don't want, please, hit me up with an offer, it would be appreciated
this is a guess but i say it will cost between $225 and $275 for the 12 figures plus 1 free figure. On top of that you have to spend $42 for a year subscription with 12 magazines and the free club figure. So with that you are looking at $267 - $317 plus shipping.
P.S. My subscription ends on 12/5/2011. I usually re up a week before but with this subscription I don't know if I have to re up earlier or what.
that sounds about right. I really wish it would come out cheaper but if anything, it will be more expensive
mine ends on 1/5/2012
Don't get me wrong i hope this thing will be $200 bucks or less added on to your subscription but i doubt it.
the Rise of Cobra Cobra Commander with drone was $18 bucks and after shipping it was almost $50 bucks (actually it was $26.45 shipped, but damn $8.45 for one figure is a crap load). Anyways maybe this will be the cost for these figures each so $36 a month plus the outrages shipping price the club always charges.
yea man. When I ordered 2 extra carded Dial Tones it was $10 shipping on each one
MW said:I'll keep in touch with you and ones that I don't want. The prices will be nice and scalper worthy

the more i think about it i bet it is $36 for the 2 figures plus $12 bucks shipping so the total will be $48 for the 2 figures. Break that down it is $24 per figure shipped and that is just under the $25 dollars they said it will not be. so that would be $288 total for 12 figures and 1 free one.
QFT
yup and they will make a huge profit off this if they get enough ppl to join and pay that. i just dont think that they will have enough ones i want so it wont be worth it for me. as i already dont like the first 2 they posted. i have seen better customs then what the club puts out.
i wouldnt want it any other way
cost plus shipping? not like you have to drive anywhere or waste gas to find them
i have seen better customs then what the club puts out.
I'll charge you the club's shipping and my shipping
To be fair, I've seen some customs that are better than half the stuff Hasbro puts out, too....
I'm with Duffman in that I don't think that Quarrel's a bad figure, although I think the Club could have put a little more effort in detailing her.
she just a Scarlett repaint...a figure from 2007...there are way better Scarlett molds since then that they coulda based a Quarrel on...though being a repaint of the 2007 figure will blend in much more nicely with the 25th stuff
$20 seems high given that mattycollector charges $20 for a Four Horsemen sculpted 6" figure. If they charge that much for one 3.75" figure, it'll be a tough sell. And I thought mattel was gouging me...
