The movie is by far the best robot movie from the 80's.
I've seen the first one a billion times. I hadn't seen it since the early 90's except maybe twice, but watched it a month or 2 ago and remembered at least half the lines by heart.
Fisher Steven's by far the best character in the film.
"I am thinking she is a virgin. Or at least she used to be."
"Oh. Her pants are blazing for you, New-ton Crosby."
I also really liked Skroeder, despite him being a total twat.
It's really a smart movie for it's class and era, and for an 80's flick, it still holds up decently. I always felt like it was a fairly realistic portrayal of robots, versus some of the other stuff out there.
Lines I also liked are, "I have to use the jack right now so wait for me" the way he says, "I am sporting a tremendous woody right now" and "we are wasting valueless time right now" and something about needing to Break wind. They just don't seem as funny typed but hearing it in his "Bakersfield/Cleveland"(lol, which is funny in itself) accent is great.
sorry to go off topic in the thread, guess this should have been in the movie thread.
Back on topic. Can't believe 5 is dominating. It is a great pic, but i thought a few of the others would have taken some votes from it.
