apparently Bbi won't have any problems moving their MH-60 inventory...clearly theres an abundance of morons out there...manny proves this

maybe the others are telling BBi the truth, they won't sell. Or they will sell only a few so they won't bother carrying but a few if any.
I just made a post on BBI's Facebook page, letting them know in no uncertain terms (but still tactfully) how I felt.

You did well Ewok. I think we've done well collectively. 3 posts, and not one profanity laced tirade in the bunch. I know for sure I wanted to insert some well placed fucks, shits, and bitches. 
one this is for certain, social media is not something a company wants negative vibes from. They got 3 already, if others see that and say, "hey, they are right", and start chiming in their 2¢, they may be forced to drop the price after all. FB and twitter are forces in today's world. Look at the Middle East. If they can get dictatorships toppled, surely they can get toy prices to drop.
I'm waiting to see if I get some sort of reply from the email I sent them, too. That'll be posted here if/when I get a response.

Never know, Eddie. Some people have the mentality that they need to see someone else indicate their displeasure before they can, and it may be that all it takes is a few people to get it started. Once others who were unsure about the price see the dissatisfaction, they may start sounding off.

So if they have 89 in stock, I'd assume they bought about 100(for spares for exchanges etc). I wonder how many badcat has? This is lookin like a super low scale production run

That's a lot of money for that item. While they were developing this I wonder who they figured their intended market was?

i firmly believe companies are looking at after market inflation and figuring " FUCK it if they're willing to pay that" . With that mentality they have every reason to believe that a "new" black hawk sold for cheaper than any Ebay price is what the general public wants .. I doubt they've invested an extra 100.00 in retooling .. With that said .. Fuck it I guess I'm shit out of luck.
One thing i like about this site is that all the collectors on here know what its like to not spend a fortune to have what you want .. I like that ! Other collectors i guess have an endless supply of capitol and can afford six of these .. i have three kids and this hobby is getting waaaay too expensive
That's good to hear. Most people here live in the 'real world' where we have bills to pay, kids to feed and gun addictions to take care of first.. but we all do enjoy the hobby.
I think thats one of the reasons customs and dioramas are so popular here, since you generally don't need oodles of dollars to make things look good, just some talent.
I may get one of these at some point, just to have one, but with that price it's a big "if".
