Yeah, he's definitely not slim, but I wouldn't say husky. I think he looks more imposing and domineering, and like midget said, it is suppose to be armor, so that would add some bulk to him.

I'm trying to figure out a sculpt to use for him. I'm not big on the 25th Serpentor sculpt. I was going to use the MU Punisher (2nd version) head-sculpt as it's perfect for him, IMO, but the helmet won't fit the sculpt. Any ideas?

No idea on the head. Maybe one of the new POC Duke heads? Are you going to put the snakes on the shoulder? Seems like there's a blank spot for them. Using the factory ones, or did you sculpt new ones?

That looks freaking BADASS!!!!
Yeah, I'll definitely be putting the snakes on the shoulders. I think I'm going to glue the original snake heads on the shoulders and sculpt over them a bit and sculpt the tails. I've modded a Marvel Universe Dr. Doom cape for him as well.
Wow! Incredible work in here. I can't believe you sculped each scale individually on Serpentor.
he looks so unbelievably good bro. With the paint those scales come to serious life. what an amazing amount of sculpting you have done.

UPDATE TIME
So, I repainted the MU Punisher head and Serpentor's helmet. Personally, I think the Punisher head is perfect for Serpentor and am really happy with how it turned out.
I took some pics with the cape I had come up with for him, but I believe Daremo has convinced me to at least try miked's cape making tutorial as I think I can get something a lot better that way. I'll post the pics anyway just for the heck of it:

Now that's a badass Serpentor. You'll definitely get it FPed at HT. if we ever updated our front page here, I'd suggest we put it there. But then again, only 12 people look at our site, so...

Haha... Thanks, MR! So, you think the Punisher sculpt works for him? I'm still not sure that I'm going to use that cape. If I do, I'll repaint it a different shade of green. I think I'm going to try my hand at miked's cape tutorial:

CS!!!...thats amazing!...i absolutely love the added bulk to the legs, looks GREAT in color...the head you used looks way more "bada$$" than the regular Serp head...and the feet you choose (Nemesis?) are way better than the VERY bland standard Serp feet...
i think this is by far your best custom...
also, i'd love to see you tackle the Marvel version, and try out that cape work to get some cool dynamic looks...

Thanks, Eddie! You're right on the feet I used (Nemesis). I've actually had a few people say I should bulk up the feet a little. I don't think it would hurt if they were widened a bit, but I don't know. What does everyone else think?
I still need to get the stuff to try the cape (100-count thread sheet/pillowcase) and some elmer's glue, but I do plan on trying to do the dynamic cape before finishing him. Whichever route I go with the cape, will ultimately determine how I'll sculpt the snakes on his shoulders. So, the snakes on his shoulders will have to wait until then.

the only thing i'd do feet wise is add maybe a sole...they seen kinda thin...if you make it wider than the foot, you could kill two birds with one stone

Cutter
I still have to paint the hat, obviously. Also, this will not be torso that I will be using for Cutter. It was the closest torso I had to pop the head on, in order to paint it:

I sculpted the web gear and pouches on his torso (I still need to add the gun and holster). I also sculpted his 'stache, and re-sculpted the hair a little bit. I'll more than likely be changing out his forearms and hands. Also, I think I'll give him some more gear on his belt:
