After seeing another one of Wry1's amazing custom Roadblocks, I knew I had to have one for my own collection. If you haven't checked out either Wry1's customs or art, you need to do yourself a favor and check out all of his work.
I was originally going to go with the tri-color desert camo that he used on his latest one, but I plan on making an updated Repeater in the near future and he's going to be my desert themed machine gunner. So, I opted to give him some woodland camo. This is my first time doing woodland and I think it came out alright.
So, here's my new new default Roadblock:
Recipe:
Head, Torso and Arms: Resolute RB with minor sculpting on the head
Upper Legs: Resolute RB with sculpted drop-leg holster sculpted and the pants sculpted up around the straps of the right upper leg. The holster is a 25th Beachhead holster and I added an SDS pouch to provide an extra clip for his sidearm. I sculpted the pouch on the left upper leg. I also dremeled the knee joints down on the upper legs so that the knees could fit.
Lower Legs: Resolute RB with sculpted clips and straps for the gaiters
Vest: Night Adder vest with a lot of sculpting and added fodder. The knife is from SDS, the 200 round ammo pouches are Tunnel Rat TNT pouches that I sculpted over to give some added bulk, the flash and concussion grenade is from POC Beachhead. I sculpted the rest of the pouches, including the one for the radio on his back
Knees: Resolute Snake Eyes
Gun: Marauder SAW and 200 round drum with bullets added from a Tunnel Rat bandolier
