What is this Joe item?

I got 3 of these in a trade. My friend said he threw in a few extra items I might like. It was these 3 and 2 of the sand Viper's Komodo dragons. Anyhow, I know they are cobra because each side has the cobra logo sculpted on and two of the sideways snakes (like Roadpigs chest tattoo) on each side as well. They are about 4 inches long. I just cant find where they came from or what they are. they are cool though. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for trying. I am at a loss. Like I said earlier, I dont even know what to put for google search anymore. I didnt see them in the Ultimate guide to GI Joe so my guess is they are after 1994.

yup it was in the valor vs venom line i have a few of them somewhere in my collection they are great for cobra gun cases or a small boat lol.
