Hey all,

Here is my current project, an armored APC for Cobra to enter into urban areas. I have most of the modding done, I took out the chopper and reworked the interior to make it all open. I created a sniper hide in the front and added a satelite com unit and turret. I plan on much more paint apps - weathering for sure, scrapes and dirt. Perhaps even some sort of urban camo pattern?

Note - the front "plow" is just sitting there as I don't have the top and bottom screwed together yet.

Anyway - other than some of the painting stinking due to running to the bottom of the can...what do you think?

I totally thought this was going to be a small vehicle with brushes on the sides. :D

It's actually a pretty nice project. Makes the vehicle seem like a more feasible urban assault vehicle. I guess a gray would be a decent color for it but if you can do a good camo pattern I'd go for it. Maybe even add a few digs in the armor to show some use. Other than that it's going in a good direction.

Only thing I don't like about the vehicle design itself is that it has tires. One well placed RPG and that's disabled. Damn thing needs threads! I wonder how that would look with a HISS scout modded under it? Maybe those things will be good for something!

It's looking good, man! I have yet to customize vehicles, so I can't give any advice, but I do like the look of the vehicle so far.

The only urban camo actually shown to have worked.

Nice Slay!!

All kinds of goodies. I like the additions like the radar dish or pulse beam? the flare launcher things, and I like how you used the Steel Chrusher push grille thing. If I didn't like my chrusher so much I would switch that over onto my RHINO.

As far as getting around the tire thing like MB mentioned. In my world it's built by Cadilac and meant to race the U.S. highways. futuristic run flat tires and the suspension can raise up for debris and off road.

Guess my MAXX will your into your StreetSweeper someday.

to bad we couldn't make them R/C and have a robot cage match.

Thanks all...I hope to get pics of all angles and all the interior as well as the troops. :D
Maybe I will have time later this afternoon.

I made the Steel Crusher thing removeable so I can put it on either. :D I actually use it upside down on the Street Sweeper now...more pics soon - I hope.

Looks nice. I also like the swapped out webgear on the troopers. Do you still have the IFV you cannibalized the turret form?
