Indeed but nothing sophisticated. Heat the leg up that you want longer and squeeze the hell out of it with a pair of pliers with the "teeth" covered up. Of course this tends to leave the part of the leg that was crimped a bit skinnier than the rest. Unless it does like mine and reverts...
