I was talking about a trench coat. I know you make those ( a little too much "action" in the sculpt), but I'm contending it's not going to go over the torso and sit correctly. I certainly hope it would, because the less work the better.

From my experience with the DCMU construction I'm thinking the overcoat is gonna be a permanent, cut-and-paste job. Won't know until I have the components in-hand. I'm erring on the side of there being too much bulk to just slip the coat over the BM buck.

I really can't wait to see an overcoat and matching arms on the Black Mask buck. I think that's gonna make for an awesome gangster.
