Kitbashing is taking parts from multiple sources and using them on one figure. Generally just parts swapping. Paint, cutting (aside from light plastic removal to facilitate cohesive assembly) and sculpting need not apply. These are straight-up customs.

Yeah, that 21st Century slip-on Jeep Coat/Mackinaw is a bit bulky on the Face buck. Still the idea kind of works if you wanted to do a Rorschach without his full length trench coat.
