You need the actual production number off of the box that is stamped into it to process the claim for missing parts. If needed, go take a pic at TRU. I can pull a tread off of my Sandcrawler and see if it fits on my Sherman this evening since both are out in my living room.

What he said^ You just need the codes off of the box and the part # from the manual. I ordered a replacement tread off of the site and had it in a week, but superglue fixed the one that split. Guess this is a common issue on this model per jangbricks.

Well, just put Devy in the nursery. My brain just can't deal with missing glass on windows that cannot be rolled down.

I just spent 2.5hrs installing "glass" into all 10 periscopes on the turret and hull (which you can't even see unless you catch a light reflection) and form fitting foam into the hull to stop it from acting as a subwoofer box for the motor and gear sound. It truly is a sickness.
