Yeah, you can look back at some of the older threads and see my relentless complaints about the Merit planes not including pilots. BBI made some nice ones, but they are very hard to come by these days I’m sure.
I can't imagine the size/weight of 1:18 diecast working well for me. I have a lot of diecast stuff (mostly aircraft) in significantly smaller scales (1:48, 1:72, 1:144, etc.). I can imagine the work that would need to go into customizing diecast and could never imagine undertaking it myself. To...
Yeah, I could do with less gold and future tech, but generally they look pretty good. They are certainly good enough to display a couple favorites at work.
