not really familiar with the original story as I'd like, but in the cartoon they may have cut it down to 5 to simplify it. However GOTG hinted that there were more infinity stones, (1 per a original galaxy.) so there may be 7 or 9? not sure of the exact number.

I know but behind the scenes is a little bit more interesting story. Who pays for the actor or is the cost split. What is the final split overall & does it match who makes the decisions? If Cap or Iron man appear in a Sony Spiderman picture, could that count towards their Marvel contract...
