Thanks for the heads up. I’ve done a couple three Kickstarters over the last 10 years and I believe they were all Marauders. Oh, I did get a couple Larry Hama’s.
I had this one left over from several I bought at Big Lots back in the day. I drove a church bus in a low income area and would reward the kids with prizes for being good or bringing a friend to Sunday school etc. I even used a couple as birthday presents. Another Wiesel I bought at the time was...
I’ll probably get one of those pickup trucks in the adventure lineup of vehicles that have opening doors and room for 4 inch figures at Walmart when they come in. I would imagine all good Texas Rangers patrol in F-150’s 😉
Digging around in the top layer of dust in my shed I came across this little jewel from several years ago. It’s equipped with what appears to be recoiless rifles. I’ve inserted a picture of the real vehicle with a T.O.W. Missile Launcher for comparison. The BBI figure in one picture obviously...
I’ve thought about getting a cavalry trooper but I know me and one trooper would morph into a squad and a squad into a company, etc… A rabbit hole I can’t afford 😉
They appear to be compatible but I’ve never tried swapping heads or gear. In fact my figures from the Kickstarter are still in their packaging. I’ve waited for the grandsons to get just a little older before letting them open up the cowboys for play. Those kids are rough on an action figure 😉
I was in on the Kickstarter but didn’t get crazy on the line after it came out. But this figure is one I’ve had my eyes on since they first announced it. Today I was able to preorder on the Chicken Fried Toys website. Hopefully this will make it before Taiwan smacks the Chinese too hard and sink...
I remember on another Joe sight years ago we shipped a Wild Weasel pilot figure around to different members. The first guy added some accessories and mailed it out and each subsequent person took pictures of the figure at some place of interest near their home. You also could remove an accessory...
I know, that’s why I wonder who does the actual scale measurements on something like this. I haven’t gotten up the courage to disassemble it yet because I’m waiting for someone else on YouTube to customize theirs first. I might have to lower the seat as well as cutting out the floor so a...
For anyone interested in this tracked vehicle by WPL, I finally got mine a few days ago in the mail. I’ve painted the cargo canopy dark gray because it came bright white. I may be able to get a smaller figure in it, but I will have to cut out the floor area to fit. I may just pop a figure in two...
