Painting an 80's green to hide the offending idlers as much as possible. It ain't easy being green:

I tried and failed to convert a 21c Bradley into an RC tank, but decided to continue on to make it a static vehicle with working suspension and linked treads. I used a 1:16 Panzer III as my donor since the size was very close and treads are almost identical. Only the idlers are way out of place.

Nice shots Falcon, very crisp. I'm impressed with how the grass doesn't completely destroy the scale effect.

I cut the rubber laser blasters off which gave me a nice flat box to glue them to. I'll take a pic.
