    Maxillofacial shield. I've got an OH-58D, a MH-6 and an MD 500 and the pilots all came with that helmet. I dunno how you got it, but that's what it is. :)

    That's a Bbi flight helmet, not a Wild Bill one. And as an aside, ragingspoon does them, AND he's got a modified version with the MFS for door gunners.
