    Not a whole lot cosmetically, I don't believe. There was more armor on the 3, as well as self-sealing tanks. Probably the big visual clue is the 3s four MGs. Still, not very interesting.

    I'm not sure if there are any 1:16 static display Tigers. I'm going on the assumption that this is going to be similar to the FoV Koenigstiger, and has LOTS of interior details and metal construction.

    Pegasus is American, I don't think Merit handles their distribution. I don't think Pegasus has really been hinting much in 1:18, at least nothing wholly interesting.

    It's a common, certainly not universal, PLA thing. I'm almost convinced they're parade tires, much like WWII German kill bands, and that that stuff just washes off like WWII winter white wash camo did.
