Boil and pop/hairdryer and pop work fine for removing forearms. I put RoC SS's on the upper arms of a PoC Alley Viper. Getting different sets to match is another thing. I know i had to do some cutting to mate the 25th Viper's lower legs to the Shock Trooper's thighs.

OD paint, watered down a helluva lot. Hell, you may want to dye it.

Liquid Stitch will be your friend. Other than the canvas top i really have to say this thing is beneath your ability, especially after all the fantastic work on that KV. Just my sestertius.

I dunno, i think if he went with a Bbi or Unimax .50 with an ammo can it would work out extremely well. The Hasbro .50/belt combo just doesn't work for, well, anything.

Yup, freeze them. It'll harden the pegs so they don't shear off as easily. At least that's what i did to the ones i opened. Pretty poor figures.

Not an issue, i had to take down the lower knee "disk" when I fitted 25th Viper lowers to the ST knee. Just takes some dremel work.

I worry about doing that as the pegs on these look really small. Edit, nevermind, WS's came right off. I guess Project WWII Captain America That Doesn't Suck is a go.
