Boil and pop/hairdryer and pop work fine for removing forearms. I put RoC SS's on the upper arms of a PoC Alley Viper.
Getting different sets to match is another thing. I know i had to do some cutting to mate the 25th Viper's lower legs to the Shock Trooper's thighs.
Liquid Stitch will be your friend.
Other than the canvas top i really have to say this thing is beneath your ability, especially after all the fantastic work on that KV.

I dunno, i think if he went with a Bbi or Unimax .50 with an ammo can it would work out extremely well. The Hasbro .50/belt combo just doesn't work for, well, anything.
Now you know why i stopped opening Imperial Marines after 3 and just harvested their accessories.
Terrible figures. It's a shame they're the only source of Japanese figures. among 21st's worst products.
I worry about doing that as the pegs on these look really small.
