Found this yesterday - made specifically with modelers in mind. You can customize brick colours and patterns, and yes, you can specify 1/18 scale patterns. It generates a PDF which you can save, and then print off at your leisure. It's free, but donations are welcome...

Oh. My. God. That is some phenomenal work, on a truly epic scale. In my humble opinion, this is by far the most impressive and ambitious custom project ever shared by a new member, and that's saying a lot, given the sheer level of talent and ability of our forum members. :)
