This is just what I needed to know & even better see how it's done. Especially after taking photos the weekend just gone & getting royally f'd off with the figure not holding a weapon in two hands. Thanks Obi!
Looking good already. What's your technique... are you cutting the shapes with scissors ot are you using a knife, are you using glue to keep it all in place etc etc etc. Reason I'm asking is I have styrene & want to begin customising
I have found the bruder crane and a couple other vehicles on the net which I might purchase in the next couple of months to help with the customising. This project really grabs me and I might have to postpone purchasing more of NSA's Joe collection for awhile and get started on this :D
Oooh!! I've hav two of these & I was thinking about a custom of sorts but didn't know what... I like what NSA put on the table & I love the crane also. Just as per usual, I wouldn't know where to start lol
Hello!
I have been creating diorama stories in comic book story form for a while now and I feel it's what I can bring to the fighting 1:18th. Especially as I cannot paint figures due to being colour blind and my customising skills are still in training.
I have tested out a couple of diocoms...
I'm sure I could send one your way if I get my hands on another one. I mean you're always helping me out with customs
Edit: USA ebay has loads & some for decent prices!
This is outstanding, 3 gold stars for you! I particularly like spotting some of the parts you've used as I'm crap at identifying parts when it comes to figures lol. You could make me muster up the energy to finish customising all the vehicles I've chopped up & left in pieces on the floor or in...
Oh... I meant I haven't put them back together as in terms of customising figures. I cracked a few to create new figures but got carried away with other dio creations.
Items from Jesse arrived today. I live in the UK and arrived without any incidents thankfully as I didn't have any tracking. Castings are awesome. I just need to learn how to paint them!!!
