Yea that's definitely a marketing ploy. Honestly though, even if it sucks it will make enough money to warrant a 3rd film. We'll be getting a Thor 3 too. It's just a matter of when.

I think they may look to replace him. Think about it, Avengers 2 isn't until 2015. Then he has 2 more movies left. So he may fulfill his contract by 2017? 2018? He'll be almost 70 years old by then. Also, the show most likely won't still be running by 2017. Or they'll sign him on until...
