Continuing to post some of my older custom work, here's 2 HALO Marine commissions that I made by mixing GI Joe parts with some McFarlane HALO fodder. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the McF parts mixed with the Hasbro parts, considering the different scales.

Got my order yesterday and these are some of the cleanest casts you'll ever see. Great stuff. On a side note... I really hate it when I don't recognize parts and order them, only to get them in hand and realize that I already had them :( But oh well, the casts are great. Keep up the great work.

I think you purchased casts from Stocos, not me... I don't have any tank top torsos. I know Stocos does.

To answer your question about the netting... it's been a while, so I honestly don't remember how I attached it. But I think that I wrapped it around the lower torso like a tube and just glued it in back. At least, that's how I would do it now. Same for the legs.

I'll have to check, but I don't think I took any of these guys with regular Joes. But they are definitely bigger/taller. The heads add a little extra height and the Frost Giant bodies were slightly taller than average figures IIRC.
