He does look pretty nice. There is a dwarf in that line too that looks pretty good.
The bigger 4" Re-ment Pose skeleton is going to be fantastic as well. the smaller 3 1/2" one is one of my favorite figures of all time. It should be out sometime in April I think.

I can't really tell what the skull looks like, but a coat of paint will probably make the rest of it fine and dandy.
