Hasbro is claiming great articulation, but we all know we and they don't see eye-to-eye on the subject. I think we can assume the first villain figure is the 3.75" version, we can probably assume Black Cat is 6", or, if she is 1:18, that she'll be in a wave that never sees mass retailers.

Abomination(?) looks fucking cool. I may get him, 1:18 or not. Never hurts to have a big monster.

Captain America 2, just the Capt. and Winter Soldier for us. I'd imagine more Captain variants will be revealed.

I think Black Cat has been confirmed 6". A real shame, I got excited when I first saw it.

You guys need to look a little closer at the Spidey pix...

He has additional Pec joints, like older ML figs. Also swivel/hinged wrists like most new Joes. Swivel thighs, rocker ankles...

And something I just noticed -

The one picture of the 2 guys taking pix of the figs (black cat, carnage, spidey. etc.)... look at the size of the figs compared to the one guys hand.

They look like 4" to me.

Every Spidey line comes with one "super articulated" Spiderman. The rest will be less articulated.

EDIT:

All the good stuff is 6". The four 4" figures are typical shit.

The Cap Legends build-a-figure Mandroid is kinda cool.

Looks like the cool stuff is Legends scale (Obi's comments notwithstanding - I'm going by what they list).

Well, like I said... in the one picture, they all look 4" scale, based on the guys hand right next to Carnage. I'm probably wrong though, since 4" is what we all want. :wtf:

Think you're mistaken about the scale.

Indeed.

Speaking of the scale, I'm wondering if NECA is going ahead with the 4" Lone Ranger line next month. The film tanked hard. Anything coming down the pipe that might make for a good line?

I was looking at a review of the Golden Compass stuff and am really kicking my own ass for passing on it. Really don't want to miss another line like it.

From what I've read on their twitter, seems like the Lone Ranger won't be happening.

Apparently they wanted to do them, only problem is since the movie tanked, the odds of being able to get retailers interested in them. Which apparently ain't happening.

Bums me out too, I wanted to use the Ranger for a John Marston custom.
