Anyone ever consider making armored train?

I have always thought it would be very cool to have a 1:18 Armored train. I haven't even found a good 1:18 train set however. Has anyone found one?

1:18 is awful big for a train. That's not to say it can't be done, especially if you're a deft hand at scratch-building, and remember that THESE exist:
