That was what I thought of too when I saw it as well.

Smoking skull bottle from Chap Mei's Wizard's Magic line. They also have a smoking pipe that I would love to get (or something like it) someday.

I remember when the Wizards line was in Dollar Tree all those years ago. Kind of kick myself for passing on those accessory gold mines now.
