I have yet to find any paint that matches any of the skin tones (plastic or paint). Testors' Model Master Light Skin Tone is a close approximation of the skin tone of Resolute Baroness, but that's about the only one. I paint the skin on all of my customs now, so that they match. I follow Jin Saotome's guide for mixing paint to get different skin tones:

You're generally gonna have to do at least some mixing. Just picked up a jar of Testors base skin-light, so that's what will probably be the best bet.

The model master acryl light needs to mixed well otherwise it dries really really light and makes every fig look like Darryl Hannah in Blade Runner after she paints herself.

I generally use camo gray which is a whitish gray for the primer, then I use the light skin tone mixed with a little warm tone. I then spot touch some areas with a citadel flesh wash. When I do the eyes, I started using irradescent white from Liquitex.

Whatever you find that works in terms of color and procedure, memorize it. I've found myself forgetting to many good methods.

Yep, this is the route I go as well. (Just wish they'd stop changing the names of these paints!)
