Made this for a buddy of mine back home. He runs a vintage toy shop and record store. Last time I was up, he said "make me a custom chuckles and Ill hook you up", I said "done". Well it wasnt in so many words, but he really wanted me to make him a custom and such so I made one in between things. I opted not to paint the head, because he said he wasnt worried about minor skintone issues.
