Yeah, the BA thing is ok, as long as people understand up front that it's going to take forever. I don't think Aly is a crook or is out to cheat anyone. But BA certainly does have timeliness/organizational issues.

I ordered from Angel Forge over the weekend, and my parts came two or three days later. I was blown away. After years of waiting for months on end from other custom sellers, it was almost unbelievable.

Yeah, the guy that bought the rights to the sculpts from Dave prefers the "in-stock" method. His casts are top-notch too.

Yeah, same here. I've seen what happens when you don't have stock on hand for people's orders, and didn't want to fall into that.

As for Stocos - I know he said he didn't like the eCrater software/management for the site/store and was looking for another avenue. He does have some stuff on eBay tho.

After dabbling in this for a long time, I think I came across what i was looking for all along.

Axels Modellbau Shop - US Cal. 50 Ammunition - Bullet (x30) and Cartridge (x10) 16T041S

By the calculations, these should be about 8.4 mm apiece actual 1/18 would be 7.5 mm but I'll take it just for the level of detail and in brass.

Now, I just need to construct the belt.

and for Rock and Roll's MG

These should be about 4.95 mms in length apiece. Actual 1/18 would be 4.4 mm.

Because these can be shipped in an envelope, international shipping isn't too bad.
