Department just got word about a known killer in the area, The suspect is Victor Zsasz. He likes to kill his victums with a knife & the ritually torment himself by cutting himself.

Update Zsasz was sighted last night reportedly fighting with Batman.

Suspect was found unconscious in front of police headquarters. No sign of Batman.
