Pretty simple custom. I just used the parts from an Indiana Jones figure, the forearms of a German soldier (also from Indiana Jones) and the head of a star wars Red Guard. This is based on photos of Delta operators providing close protection for General Schwarzkopf during Desert Storm as well as photos of Delta providing close protection for US Under Secretary of Defense Slocombe in Bosnia.
