Interesting, though I think the machine gun is misplaced on the top one. Seems like that'd be a bad place, impacting controls and visibility.

No idea what the underwater thing is but that Devilfish looks awesome. Reminds me of a kick ass version of that little black boat from The World is Not Enough.
