Still not a single damn picture of these figures in play with 1:18 vehicles.
I got 2 full cases and have only opened 1 fig so far
been busy

agreed, i'm not a big fan of that fig...just a repainted ST with a couple of new heads....more interested in the Ultimate CC, SS, SE, and Duke
It looked better with all the black paint apps and sharper digicam. At least from what pictures I've seen. Since I don't have mine yet.

Does anyone know if the color of this CC matches, or is close to the color of the 25th/SRO CC? I don't like his rocker ankles and will be switching them if so.
I love the movie trooper, I refuse to call him a ninja. I think I like the look so well because he is different from anything else (different paint, helmet). I plan on having them as a special force of Shock troopers. I will gladly pay cash to anyone who doesnt have a spot for them. The Cobra movie trooper has become my favorite Cobra army builder besides ST's, BATS and POC Blue Shirts.
I will have to check now. This CC has become my go to version. I didnt think I would like the rocker ankles but after posing him on a uneven sidewalk for the pic I gotta say I am a fan of the rocker ankles now.

Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, and Blind Master all sold out since I looked yesterday. I'm thinking if 3 or 4 more figures sell out they would consider adding more if they can.
I'm really surprised Cobra Commander sold out. Most people shouldn't need more than one. I bought two extras for customs.
Do these new GI Joe men have a prayer in hell of arriving at retail, or is the internet the only way to get them?

Yesterday at HTS, I managed to get the new CC, SS, Flint, Kwinn, Lady J, Dark Ninja, New Firefly and Budo.
No luck on Crimson Guard, Data Viper, Ultimate Duke or Night Viper.
HTS seems to be the least expensive route, but hell if I am going to get lucky enough to find those. When did HTS get them up on their site, anyway?

They've been added at least 3 different times this week. Crimson Guard and Duke are both available for long periods of time when they go up too. Data Viper and Night Viper have been the only two truly difficult ones to obtain.
I am just amazed that I've been able to not only see something listed on HTS that I even wanted, but that I was able to place an order...

While I typical love rocker ankles, I hate how they look on CC...that does not look good at all...it looks unfinished...they needed to do what they did with the Joe troopers feet and put a cuff on them
It would look awesome, if it wasn't blue... or at least not JUST blue...I like the idea, just not the execution...
I'm not a huge fan of the way it's done... I mean it's... purple? blue?... one color does not digi camp make. It just looks like the figure got in a purple paint fight.
I personally would have loved a Marine digi pattern like the one in our background but hey nobody is perfect.

Hey, I like my Joes and Cobras to be unsuited to real environments.
The question now is, do I just wait until the Wave 4 shit comes in stock? Because I'm leaving town in 2.5 weeks and won't be back until the end of September, and don't want to risk them delivering it while I'm gone. Grr.
I dunno, if you're like me and the figures will probably stay in their boxes for a while, might as well wait it out.
