That's only half a smartgun at best - no ammo drum, cocking handle, etc.

I imagine that another character comes with the rest of it, although the logic behind that escapes me. Maybe it made it into the pic by mistake?

I wonder if they corrected the elbow issues from the German line. Those figures had a poor range of motion for shouldering weapons.

The camo on the fatigues isn't quite right. Too much green, not enough olive brown.

Limitation of the scale. Adding wire extensions is an easy mod. If you have the stones to do it to a $100 toy.

I do have the stones...I just don't know which I want.

I'm guessing this one is based of the A:CM game, in which case it and the one I have match detail-wise.

I should probably nix the plans to mod mine...it's going to take some crazy work to get it to have decent movement.

The tip of the shoulder isn't high enough and i think the joint is more forward than on the movie version.
Overall the whole machine has less volume and with the above mentioned it looks like an emo teenager right in the middle of his puberty.

Aren't these based on the videogame (no doubt so they can get around having to pay likeness fees)? How do they compare to the game models?

Yeah, these are from Aliens: Colonial Marines. As best as I can tell they're more-or-less right. The armor might be a little dark.
