How do you remove the yellow discoloration?

My Stormshadows suffers from this and I want it removed. Do you guys have any suggestions to on how to remove it?

Some 1/6-scale figure collectors use pimple cream (not sure of the brand) to remove dye stains from plastic bodies and vinyl heads. They leave it on for a day or two, then scrub it off with an old toothbrush and warm water, if I remember correctly.

I guess it would depend on the type of plastic the figure is made of. If the yellowing is due to age or prolonged exposure to sunlight/UV rays, then I think you'd be better off painting over it.

though this tutorial uses 6% Hydrogen Peroxide, the others I've read suggest 35% (food grade) Hydrogen peroxide
