Apparently Target is getting them back into stock, so maybe Wally isn't terribly far behind. Wouldn't mind another Rockblock at Wally World prices.

If you ever wanted anymore proof that retailers are price fixing action figures and that Hasbro is not the one jacking prices up, take a look at a Meijers post reset. They have the new pegs up for retaliation and they're priced at $5.22.

That sounds like some sort of mistake. They have to be at least $8 bucks. But hey, if that is the price Meijer's goes for, then I'm going back in the squad building business.

It very well could be a mistake. The thing is, I was buying all of my 30th there for around $6.5 and the retaliation figs were pretty cheap as well. I do pricing research there and I can tell you when they make a mistake, it's in the system and no one catches it until a new quarter.

Seriously, I'm surprised that you guys don't have the electronic price tags... they're kickass. I am in Target country so maybe it hasn't reached out to everybody yet. We've had them for a few years now.

I just can't fathom how they're cost effective. Maybe after years and years of printing and waste of paper adds up, but shit... How many little digital screens do you need? Is that how they do it?

Granted that I haven't been to Target in a while, but the only place I know with those in the area are the Commissaries.

I think it's more cost effective because of the labor. Every one of those printed tags needs to be removed and placed by somebody. Now it's just a click of button. I think anyway lol.

what in the world is an "electronic price tag"? Is that like those boxes hanging around in the store you take a product up to, scan the bar code, and it tells you how much it costs?

No. It's a little box with a digital price display that takes the place of the paper tags. I assume it can automatically update a price change?

I can't imagine they all have wireless built on, and they certainly don't have a wired connection to each one. I wonder if someone has to go around and get within a certain range to change them or something.

The one's I've seen at Kohls didn't seem too much larger than a normal price thing. It's cool because they can show you the sale price & regular price on the same screen.. etc. Instead of having to go around and put little "SALE!" things all the time. I guess with prices the way they are now they COULD be all wireless.. that'd be a big time saver, also would make sure price changes go out across the board at the same time..

yea I don't know all the details on them, they just look awesome. For those that are still living in the year 2009, I'll take a photo the next time I'm at Target :D

GREAT NEWS!!!

I was one who always believed the rumor...it kinda made sense that they would want to add more of him...BUT, after seeing a couple new trailers since they supposedly did the reshoots, and them NOT including any new footage of Taintum, I was starting to suspect he wasn't gonna be anymore prominent than before...though his inclusion on a new poster scared me...

it's still not "Great" news as it was all but 100% confirmed that he WAS going to die and now he ISN'T going to die. This is the 2nd movie now that has had issues with killing that motherfucker. I want to see Duke fucking die... and stay dead :)

This movie is going to suck. Hopefully at least some of the figures will make up for that.

There's actually some interesting bits in there...

There's a prologue and apparently the movie is sixish years later?

Where are you getting that? I only saw this:

Everything does have a little wink and a nod to what the spirit of G.I. Joe has always been, to me, at least. It is a crazy, weird world, even though you’re supposed to believe it co-exists with us, maybe six years in the future.
