S.A.W.-Viper isn't bad, although a tad odd... The face mask is what I dislike the most. The rest is kind of a cool update, to be honest.
The girl looks like Poison Ivy. I was not expecting bright greens, but with the rest of the colors, I'm not sure why I didn't expect that. It's very un-Cobra though. I was expecting reds/blues/grays, to be honest.

Saw looks like the cancelled Law ski mask varient head is being used. The one that's being used for the 3 pack Airborne.
I does have some creativity in regards to hiding the holes in the SAW webgear, though impractical.

The mask is sorta odd... Not bad, though. I wonder if the parts are from some previous figure, such as the mask? Some DTC figure or some shit?
That's cool looking I guess. Not feeling Asp, but I like SAW Viper, just not feeling that bright colored uniform. I guess it's accurate though from the old figure...

And sadly that's the best looking of them so far. I'm so glad I don't collect the 25th style figueres, because these suck(well, charbroil is somewhat decent)
Pink is not a good color for a soldier on the battle field. Sometimes they should not simply make a character/figure 100% accurate to the original.
I think it's interesting they made up a brand new female Cobra character (who totally looks like a non-hooker version of Molotov from Venture Bros.) when they could have just made a modern version of Vypra (by repainting that new Jinx sculpt of course! I guess they do not have access to that sculpt yet, so maybe next year they'll do that or something) or Munitia. Seriously, why did they feel compelled to make up a new character when there are already plenty of obscure characters that super nerds would jizz their pants over if they made a modern version of them? It's not a bad thing, I just have to wonder what the reason for that decision was.
"Crimson ASP" (who is more lime green than crimson) looks like a lackey for Red Skull rather than Cobra. If it was not for that giant Cobra sigil she really would double as a Hydra agent.

Yeah, these two figures were the ones I had hope for being awesome. All hope is lost.

I'm with nacho - looking more and more likely that I'll just wait for someone to cast the few unique things from this set.

So far, Muskrat is the only figure I give a remote shit about. I get the feeling I'll just have to get a hold of a boonie hat and make my own.
