I gotta give them credit, it's clever parts usage to get somewhat close to the vintage figure. That said, he ain't exactly a figure I was ever hoping to see in modern format. (The same with most of this silly set.)
And of course, they didn't show the new head sculpt, so I guess that'll be yet another reveal to stretch this out another fucking month.

I was never a fan of the Captain Planet years.
I hated Ninja Force because of the added gimmick. It just gimped the figures so that I could never put them in any ninja poses.
I will probably try to get TJ'Bang and a copy of Ozone's & Flint's heads from a caster.

Do they sell that many dolls to justify dragging out the reveals on it? Wonder if they are going to have a boxers reveal soon? Might as well show his whole attire since we are getting that technical.
They've never dragged their asses this long doing the reveals, and they sure as shit haven't done the ARAH/doll alternating reveals every other or every third day. That's fucking ridiculous, nobody gives a flying fuck about the dolls.

I think the parts usage is great, honestly. It at least looks cohesively designed, which I can't say the same for the Lab Rat. I do have to hand it to them, they seem to have used better parts selection this year except for that fugly Lab Rat. And even the LR had merit in "effort" at trying new parts, they just look cobbled together still.
I don't remember what else is in the set on the Cobra side, is there a zombie or two and the dog handler? Their site is a clusterfuck trying to find old posts.
I figure that, a Beachhead head, or the 30th/POC Cobra trooper head. But they could surprise us, I guess?
Toxo Zombies which we assume will be modeled after the Concept Case versions, and Repulsor, the dog handler, yep.
I'm actually into the idea of the Repulsor guy, but I'm betting that he's going to be some weird mutant looking thing in neon colors.
I never much took to Night Adder for the simple reason that he looked like Roadblock cosplaying as a Jungle Viper.
Repulsor will probably be the last one shown since he's an all new, original character.
I'm glad it's V2...had it been V1 I'd be sad I wouldn't be getting him...

Doing V2 makes sense, though. I'm sure they'll just have the Toxo-Zombies be the exact same, just with a zombie left arm and foot from the Zombie-Viper, and maybe a damaged helmet on top of the ZV head… Or not, but that's what I see them doing.
