I had a Tomahawk shell I was never gonna complete anyhow.


I'm not sure it's gonna work for people that want an actual APC, but It'll serve as a floor for a dedicated gun platform.

Status update:

After some filing, and cutting, and some shaving I've got a raised floor in my 92.

It raises in the back, as I'm wont to cut off the curved side details on the back end of the floor. If I did I'd wager it'd sit nicely. As it is once I've fot the figures in "permanently" you won't see any of this stuff anyhow.

You can see where cuts will be necessary. The rounded curbs towards the rear will need to be taken off a 1/4" past the MG mount holes If you want the floor to sit down on the wheel axle mounts.

I just need to get some paint and reassemble it. I'd like to add a spotlight and such, but I think that's more than I'm ready to take on.

Got my faux covered saw on now, as well as what I guess is a cleaning rod or pry bar. Need to get some handles for the saw, and I'm brainstorming the braided tow lines.
