Looking for Vietnam C-ration box template

I've been scrounging around the web trying to find a printable Vietnam War era C-ration box. I've seen one guy providing them, but he only made them available via email, and he seems to have disappeared. He provided them for the 1:6th scale community, but it should be easy enough to shrink it down to 1:18th scale. Does anybody have that template that would be willing to provide me with a copy of it?

What I would do is save his printed out one and reverse engineer it. Use the label markings here:

Did you ever get these made? I was considering molding and casting them, but figured that cardboard would be easier.

I used to have a pile of 1:35 m113 APC's that came with c rat boxes. I'll have to look and see if I still have them
