They are shooting her scenes first, & then will work around any issues later. pretty standard stuff for movie makers when this happens. In A2 Her standing behind the table was a reshoot

looks like she's due in August and they start filming her stuff in April. She'll be showing by then... they'll have to work some movie magic.

Ya its a standard fix, depending on her role; they will likely shoot her scenes first/early, including close ups (green screened). later they will use stunt doubles for action scenes.
She will probably come in later & do a few more scenes, to help fill in the gaps. They really aren't shy on using special effects in Marvel movies.
