I love these! May I ask how you got that grainy rust effect? I've tried applying a layer of glue and then sprinkling it with a fine powder, but then trying to get the paint on the dust itself is impossible. I suppose you could add dust that is already the right color, but I've never seen such a thing.
Looks great! the only thing I would change is the fender flares&front bumper corners are plastic on that generation Jeep. They shouldn’t be rusted.
Oh! And the Wrangler Unlimited,on the rear doors,that rectangular piece is glass...shouldn’t be painted,although in this case I guess it could be. I’ve cut those pieces out on my green Jeep,been meaning to do it to my white one.
I have a couple of the Unlimited Jeeps from
Walmart,and those details bug the crap outta me! Even the 1:18 diecast Jeeps piss me off,because the suspension is incorrect. The Walmart ones,....my god it’s like they completely ignored all that shit!
