Says the people who want to see the effort to do the mutation put forth, especially when we know he can do it.
Touche sir, touche. I will totally admit that I'd love to see what Goat can do with some crazy mutations.
It's a good start, but I got to agree that there are certain aspects that need to be included to call it a Soil Ghost.
"They are the tribes left in the vanished country next to Zamaii."
"Their bodies experienced mutation due to pollution."
"They use human skeletons as the masks for protection."
"Different parts of their bodies get swollen, there is no single rule."
"Some have developed exceptional vision ability."
"Crust formed on their feet."
Based on Kit's art, crust (all shown at least have it on their feet) and mutation are a must. Human skeleton masks seem to be of high importance to who they are as a people and they may have exceptional vision.

th skull mask is a must I agree, really dig that part of it all... been tryin my hand at modding a joe tiki mask, will post that up this weekend when I hope to finish this... th foot crust thing is summat I tried out..as is th chickeny leg look...th knees allow for that..but balance and posability were n issue..

You could probably use the same feet and sculpt the crusty feet sticking out of the shoes. That's what it looks like in the concept art to me anyway.

Honestly, I want to try my hand at it, but dang it if I'm not just too dang lazy and unmotivated
and some progress..th hood was a challenge but I. think ive got it down now...
about halfway there..not sure of th colourscheme...I wanted drab but might go more greys and tans..

no mate I sewed it up from a piece of 1/6 tee shirt..
ill try and put some WIP pics up at some point..still tryna completely nail it...
anyway ye bunch of mutation lovin joe fondlers...ive scrapped V1 of th soil ghost.. onto V2...
th mutations looked crap , im trying out some other materials..
green stuff is a bitch n milliputs her sister
in th meantime I used th core fig for this..
inspired by a character from one of my fave sci fi books

driven to war by th massacre of th tribes he studied and who see him as a prophet, kynes is leading ghost insurgency in th tribal regions...
lethal , courteous and ripped to th tits on ghost psychoactive moonshine hes an accomplished guerrilla leader, dogging th agurt and gafia war machines with savage ambushes and fanatical retribution..
he likes chess , desert sunsets and killing infidel"norms" with his beloved umbrella norton..
