Nice shots Blowtorch. Wonderful photoshop on those. It really makes the scenes happen.

Only thing I can see your dio missing Medd is some blood. Gotta' have some blood when someone is getting beat up.

I definately want to do blood, but i need to figure out how to. Either I need to learn photoshop or figure a way to do it without making it permament on a dio. Not sure how I would do that.

Here's an old one I did, project Copperhead.

Get some of the halloween blood. Stuff washes right out with no problem. I get as much of it as possible and you can usually get it dirt cheap after the holiday. It runs just like it normally would and you can make it look natural.

And if you use it in sand or snow it will clot up and is easy to clean up. It's perfect really. Sometimes you will have to soak a figure in hot water for a few minutes but it comes off very easy. I've even left the blood on figures and vehicles for days and it still came off no problem.

I don't always make Dioramas, but when I do, I use GI Joes.

Torch: Great showing of Wild Bill,

Lance: Nice little dio. The colors of the dio all mix well and I like seeing those vipers. Did you make that wall piece?

thanks guys, I did make that wall piece in the Dio. I was thinking about where to make a dio of it around the house that would fit the grey aesthetic and decided the old unfinished garage would do.

Lancelot, those walls look good man. They're a tad flat, but if you put a watered-down brown wash on them around the base, and maybe brush on a little black too in the damaged areas, it'll help pull out the detail in the cracks more, and give it more realism too. Great job on the carving though, but the paint will help bring even more detail out of it.

cool, thanks for the tips, I was planning on taking some green to the bottom right corner to make it look a little mosey, would that be worth the effort? Also, how do you get sch clean cuts on the Styrofoam? painting the jagged door and window frames is a pain.

and cut it from both sides, don't cut it partially and punch out the rest of it.

I used a boxcutter. Just get one of the big bastards from Home Depot, with extra blades. They last way longer than X-Actos, and are better for cutting foam.

I only use X-Actos for custom figures anymore, box-cutters are the way to go on Styrene or foam, if you ask me.
